launch dota and got tearing/flickering and mouse stutters. If set max fps to 240 then almost no tearing/flickering. If i lock fps to 60 then i got frequent tearing/flickering and mouse stutters. If i alt tab to desktop while dota working then i got mouse stutters on desktop. Switching from windows 10 to 11 dont fix the problem. Tried many version of drivers(chipset/vga from official mobo and vga site, from official amd site, use drivers only from windows update) and i got the same result. Also i dont have tearing/flickering and mouse stutters on linux systems, all working good.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
