Champion of Gorroth / Chaotic Offering / Permanent Immolation
Description
Possibly intended interaction, but Warlock's Champion of Gorroth doesn't consider all forms of health and mana regen: namely, the Fountain. In the screenshot below, you can see the Permanent Immolation tick from the golem is far less than Warlock's current Health + Mana regen (approx. 158 instead of 620). For what it's worth, it does work with a Regeneration runes and expired Aegis regeneration.
If Fountain regen is intentionally neglected by this facet for balance reasons, it should probably be mentioned in the alt-text.
