Abaddon's Aphotic Shield facet "Mephitic Shroud" increases cooldown #18951

Description

When Abaddon selects the facet "Mephitic Shroud" the cd for Aphotic Shield becomes 14/12/10/8. This is 33% longer at lvl 4 than the other facet, "The Quickening" where the cooldown is 12/10/8/6. This change in cooldown is very large and not noted in any facet description.
