Not able to connect to matchmaking after accepting #18957

Description

I've got this problem after the recent patch update. I'm able to queve and accept the match and after that I'm not able to connect to hero selection lobby and I end up getting a cool down.

Raised a ticket and valve said they can't do anything.

If anyone solved this issue please share the info + The problem appeared after patch 7.36, it's a problem already about hundreds of thousands of people

Change to vulkan and hope it works for periods of time. I think problem is related to a low end pc cuz I tried with a better one and the problem wasn't present.

My GPU doesn't support Vulkan.
