Laggy visuals and sounds

Description

I have only seen this thing a lot in my console when laggy inputs are seen. Most of the times sound comes after a seconds delay. Whenever an ability is casted or a lot of heros gather stutters start and game kind of pauses for a second. eg. When using blast off with techies once the jump starts I can get stutter and directly skip to frame where I see techies jump has been successful. No mid air animation nothing. This happens constantly every game no matter if heros are there or not, but mostly successive to when abilities are being used by me or any hero.

I have verified integrity of the game and also did a fresh new cool reinstall. Tried switching to lower resolutions and removing most of the high graphics things but to no good effect.

Experiencing the same issues, tried all this solutions, but no good effect as well, it started a few updates ago, and its really hard to play like this, if u find solution share pls, i will be very grateful<3

@bluepools are you using razor mice? if so have you installed any razor softwares?

im using this model -- razer deathadder v2 mini, and software is installing automatically, when u connecting mice for the first time

i uninstalled the razer synapse and related stuff except for drivers. it has improved so I am not sure if there is a correlation or not.
