Description

When you create a clone, refresher is on full cooldown. This seems like an antiquated safeguard against the clone creating another clone, but as the clone has Tempest Double disabled, it should work. Additionally Ex Machina works as well.

While this should be marked as a suggestion, I do agree with this sentiment.

Since the clone keeps its own cooldowns throughout resummons, and it cannot cast its own summon spell (the ult), allowing it to use Refresher Orb once every 3 minutes sounds fine (especially since Ex Machina worked for it too).
