Cannot queue for matchmaking at this time error on battlecup when I am the captain and I try to make a team

happened to me few months ago once. i think the message appears when someone is in a game e.g. spectating live game or not disconnected properly from server like after playing custom arcade game but didn't click leave game, or there was an update and someone hasn't restart their dota (usually me because i leave dota on), or maybe when someone in party left and rejoin.

i simply change party leader and the next party leader was able to queue. if that doesn't work i restart dota then try again.

But first need to check you got 3 yellow ticks not grey: 5 ppl not in game, battlecup logo, and dotaplus etc.

if change party leader doesnt work, you can create custom lobby then disconnect / leave game to check everyone in party is not in a game (but if someone in party hasnt click leave lobby game it'll create more trouble haha). finally tell everyone to restart dota and remake party in case there's an update.

lastly and should be the obvious one everyone should have a rank medal. you cannot play battlecup if someone in party don't have 100 unranked hours, so check their profile level, usually less than profile level 20 is less than 100 hours maybe? i dont know maybe someone can tell me what level after 100 hours. Ranks doesn't matter for battlecup i think ancient can play with heralds etc, it'll be highest tier in the party as the minimum.

also we can't see your support ticket on steam, you'll have to use snipping tool or something and copy paste screenshots btw
