DOTA2 can not connect to STEAM #19367

Description

When I open Dota2 on my laptop, there is a red warning saying : lose connection to Steam. And I can not get any match under this condition. But when I open DOTA2 on other computer , I can play games as usual.

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

Basically this is not a bug as I refered to my experiance... I suggest you that check your firewall setting and anti-virus software setting. And Dota2 connection is basically rely on Steam's friend network, don't set it on offline mode. And if you're confident, using reset network and DNS command if you are Windows System like me. I am not familiar with Linux or Mac.
