The DPS of Pudge's Rot is lower than it should be #19460

Description

In Rot's skill description,it has 120 damage per second,so when I attack a target has 25 magic resistance,the DPS should be 90. But actually the DPS is only about 83. pudge And I found that Rot's damage interval occasionally increases by one frame(33ms).Generally, it is normal for such skills to have one frame more or one frame less, but Rot only has more, not less.I think this is why DPS is lower than expected.

@commentator24 fdd754086e061d95e05687063df40ad163d9cad7 It's my record,18x5,but not 1 second,and the whole loop time is from 1st hit pudge to 6th hit pudge,not to 5th hit Target Dummy
