26.06.2024 7.36c patch broke Morphling FACET FLOW #19600

In 7.36c been something fixed for Morphling facet FLOW. Dont know what, bug reports what i created still existed and not fixed. But it already broke working 60% CDR now with full agi/str right coefficient Morph has something like 57-59% cdr. I havnt found any debug options to see milliseconds for abilites cds but:

  1. Abilites with 10s cooldowns now starts at 5! it was not a thing in last patch.
  2. I have tried few abilites to track cd like fadebolt abilites with 0.1cast point or shikuchi with 0 castpoint. image

same bunch others 0 castpoint abilities Shadow walk, Earthshock and etc
