sorry to tell you this, but over a quarter/third of the current dota player base is cheating and maphacking, but report system is broken, valve doesnt care, specially if they "pay" for dota plus and cosmetics, they just get ignored, i have reported many cheaters, but still not a single one have gotten banned (for cheating), They just pretend to care with a once a year or two honey pot, banning the cheaters who dont waste money in game (no dotaplus no cosmetics, 0$), Thats the ugly truth with current valve Anti cheat system, is useless.
