1 month ago BKB clearly states how it works
Death Ward clearly states it pierces
Arcane Orb clearly states it doesn't pierce
Patch notes from 7.33 clearly states any spell can now target debuff immunity. That's why you can see Arcane Orb hit Heroes with BKB, however it will NOT damage them.

Description
I tested Witch Doctor ultimate ability on a hero with BKB active, and it pierced through. Teste again with OD and it pierced again.
Please update the description and inform in the changelog that BKB will not work vs pure dmg in case it is intended.
