Item name Bracer

Description Meepo duped items shaman hex spell after he get hexed 3 bracers spawn on the ground given that the bracer was somehow in the neutral slot and the shaman was disconnected and then he sell bracer to get gold till he got dagon then put dagon in the neutral slot and kept getting gold and items for him and his teammates Example Match ID and Timestamp 7823162223- Timing - 00 : 20 to 3:30 ID of abuser 1 - https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199259184243/ ID of abuser 2 - https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199179394322/
