Description

Urn of Shadows (As well as Spirit Vessel) gain charges while in the stash when getting a kill, no matter how far away from base you are.

Have tested in demo mode on heroes other than Techies with backpack Facet, it also affects them too.

This bug is a side-effect of them recently changing how Urn/Vessel works, due to Meepo's Pack Rat facet making those items abusable on Meepo clones (and other clones).

It appears that it now is player-based instead of inventory based, but that shouldnt make it work while stashed?
