Description

I already wrote about this earlier, but obviously nothing has changed with the release of the update =) Link to my old message - click

My OLD message:

This problem started happening to me 3 months ago. Dota can just close during a match, and on the next launch, either the error shown in the screenshot below appears, or I continue to play and after some time it crashes again, followed by the same error. Checking the files in Steam always shows 0%, the files are not verified. I read that disabling XMP/EXPO RAM profiles solves the problem, and it's also possible to lower the frequency. Let me just say that there are NO problems with the PC components, everything is new and works fine, I tested the memory for about 4 hours and there were no errors, and the same goes for other components. I lowered the frequency from 6000 to 5200, disabled the EXPO profile in the BIOS, reinstalled Dota several times, and reinstalled Steam. I downloaded Microsoft Visual C++, all drivers are up to date. But this error still persists. Dear developers, I would like to know directly from you what this error is, why it has been occurring for 3 months in a row, and why I have to lose MMR, behavior score, and mood because you have not been able to make the game stable for so long?

MY PC SPECS:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 7500F Graphics Card: MSI GeForce RTX 4060 RAM: ADATA XPG LANCER BLADE 6000Mhz. 32gb (2x16) SSD: ADATA XPG Spectrix S40G RGB 512gb. HDD: WD Blue 1TB.

What's NEW:

Today after the update I saw the same error but with a new reason =) Thanks, Valve. I don’t even hope to get an answer here, I’m sure you don’t care and you’re only interested in the money that will be donated to you.

I definitely don’t have any problems with my PC or Windows, I checked it many times, especially since there are no errors in other games and programs. All drivers are the latest version, all OS updates are installed (I have Windows 11 Pro). I also did everything that was written on the forums (reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++, disabled the XMP RAM profile, lowered the RAM frequency, reinstalled Steam, reinstalled Dota).

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

Moreover, I even reinstalled Windows. I had 11, switched to 10. Nothing changed. Then I updated back to 11. The result is the same. I have one last solution left - to uninstall Dota. I mean, uninstall it and never reinstall it. Goodbye, Dota.
