i have spent alot to buy collector's treasures every year ussually around 40 treasures i got 1 ultrarare many very rare or rare ones but this year seem lowest rate to get ultrarare set. almost hundred treasure get 1 ultra rare 2 very rare 2 rare sets and still the ultra rare set is not tradeable or marketable without any pre-pronouncman. its so upsetting if anyone have same feeling please comment here to make they fix it. thanks guys
