Match Found sound does not play if Steam Overlay (Shift+Tab) is on screen #1994

Description

This has been a very old problem but I am not sure why this has not been addressed by anyone on Reddit. To recreate, find a match, keep Shift+Tab to turn on Steam Overlay. When match is found, no Match Found alert is played till the Steam Overlay is closed.

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)
