I recommend you go to DOTA2's workshop page, find this set, and report this problem to the creator: https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2867562284 The thing is, I've actually connected with the creator of Marci's CC set yesterday to report the bug that I post here, and he said that even if they submit the cosmetic changes, valve would most likely not publish it because they are busy vacationing :)
