Unboxing this not considered gambling in this regard due to the technicality of always getting something in return. Where laws are more strict, this is shown the item you will receive or is straight up disabled.

Probability and odds are sometimes shown by Valve and is a part of unboxing. If you have no received any arcanas then you are unlucky, but not targeted.

Please seek help if you have an addiction.
