Description

After the release of Act 3, we have noticed a problem: during the game in AP or in a separate lobby, there is a significant delay between pressing the keys and seeing the corresponding actions in the game. This delay occurs intermittently, ranging from a few seconds to several seconds, making it difficult to play smoothly. Sometimes, the delay appears only at the start of the game and sometimes it persists throughout the entire game. Interestingly, if we run a demo version of the game as a hero, the response is instant and there are no delays. We have lost many games due to this issue and we would appreciate it if you could address this problem as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter

https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Dota2-Gameplay/issues/19894 a lot of people are having this problem no words from valve yet we need to gather their attention to the problem by steam report
