Collectors caches from past not tradeable #20125

Dapper Disguise; Mindless Slaughter

Description

The sets from previous collectors caches appear to be untradeable, as they have been used on the account and appear to be deemed as all used, despite being unopened. Could this bug be investigated? Thank you in advance!

Fixed. untradeable in drop down and cosmetic menu', but under all items it remains tradeable.
