Sometimes no target gets poisoned when tripple attack from Specialist's Array happens but cooldown of Witch Blade starts.
Reprodused in testing grounds:
For this to happen Witch Blade must be put into inventory after Specialist's Array (works even if put from backpack). Cannot reproduse this for Parasma.
