Dota 2 closes when you click on the hero

Help please, I don’t know what to do. I log into my account, click on absolutely any hero in the menu, and the game just closes without any error. I tried reinstalling the game, Windows, installed the latest drivers. Nothing helps me, Dota doesn’t work on one account, on the second everything starts and clicks fine

i dont know much about computers but in your video i noticed your steam window resize to smaller font (e.g. right side dota text is smaller) and the colour changes (e.g. right side is whiter) as you go back to windows.

are you using NVIDIA..AMD etc? Where did you dl drivers? perhaps compatibility issue with monitor? Make sure your monitor and graphics card are compatible with each other. are you using auto colour temperature adjustment or colour profile?

Make sure resolution settings match all 3 settings: windows, dota, nvidia control panel. e.g. my NVIDIA control panel resolution by default is 2560, but i mostly use 1920 for dota and windows make sure dota setting also the same, and try click reset to defaults first

also sometimes reinstalling or verify integrity does not help because of your cache files. so before you verify integrity, do a disk clean up: clean temporary files; clear steam settings: downloads cache; then defragment and finally verify integrity dota files. make sure you always leave enough virtual memory 4gb and have 4gb empty space otherwise you might have memory issues and crash

All this was done the same way the dota was reinstalled. Windows was reset to factory settings, nothing helped. The problem is that this problem is only with this account, this is not observed with others (I asked a friend to check this account, he also closes the game) sry for eng I use translate
