Please help me. I was permanently blocked. I'm not doing anything illegal. Help!!!! I am a new player in Dota2. 8 hours ago, I wrote here that I was blocked and sent to the single draft because I did not accept the war or did not enter the field. And now I've been blocked forever. I'm not doing anything illegal, I'm fighting honestly and in good faith. Very sad that this game is not user friendly. But I liked the game and I want to play it. Help please.

Smurfing/Toxic/Hacking, one of these reasons you've been banned for. Judging by 0-3 record on your account I would say you know the reason why.

That's a lie!!! Do you understand? That's a lie. I don't even know what you're talking about. I don't even know the words you're talking about. I am an ordinary women who decided to play Dota. You have a very bad company, a bad antivirus. You are blocking absolutely innocent players. Very sad.
