My mmr did'nt rise properly because of the server！！ #20377

Description

This game finished at 8:23（UTC+8）. It is in Sea Server. The system prompted me that the match results were still being read due to the high load. Now four hours have passed and my mmr still not rise！！ My account ID is 365253927. This is really important for me because I almost reach to 9k mmr. Please help！！

I had the same problem today. The game just didn’t count for me. 65 minutes with a double rating. It just didn’t count. I’ve never seen this in any game, this is the second time in all my time in Dota 2. After this I don’t want to play absolutely. Total disrespect for your community
