20+ Min Wait Time Ranked Calibration #20420

Description

So I have been doing my calibrations on my new account. I deleted my steam account a little while ago and decided I wanted to play some Dota again so I created a new account. I did my 100hours and started playing ranked. My first calibration went terribly as I am not that used to playing ranked.

I decided to adjust my strategy and try again by using the recalibrate that you can do once a year. I have won my first few games and then suddenly I went from having 1min queue times selecting 1 region and 1 role to having 20+min queue times with all roles selected and 3 different regions. Its become unplayable.

Please I really need help with this as steam support refuses to acknowledge that something has happened to my account. My account ID is 1745891206.
