Just saw this happen on a stream, here are the steps that Enchantress did to crash the game :

1) Take aggro on ancient creeps

2) Use Enchantress' agh spell on Tormentor

3) The game will crash

Here is a clip where this happened (and probably the same game OP is refering to)
