Description

hi. i found out a bug today. The problem is, that Vacuum of DS works, when casted in enemy Cyclone, but this bug only works with Wind Waker, not with eul's

This is intended.

Forced movement gets overridden by other sources of forced movement, and Vacuum pierces invulnerability.

If we only consider Cyclone-like abilities, i.e.

Brewmaster blue panda - vacuum kicks out of it ✅
Invoker's Tornado - vacuum kicks out of it ✅
Windwaker (any way of casting it, enemies, allies, self, any faction) - vacuum kicks out of it ✅
Eul (aggressive cast from DS' allies or self-cast from enemies) - vacuum does not kick out of it ❌

So I would ask why Eul is an exception for this spell ?

Patch 7.23 allowed Vacuum to work on invulnerable/sleeping units but I believe even in that exact patch it didn't work on Eul's Cyclone.

So if it is a special exception by devs then windwaker should probably inherit it as well?
Or was eul bugged for all these years instead ?
