Visage - Gravekeeper's Cloak Permanently DISABLED if Break applied once #20909

Gravekeeper's Cloak

Description

If break is applied just once to Visage, his Cloak is disabled for the rest of the game permanently. Death does not let him regenerate cloak stacks, and neither does his stoneform if shard is bought.

This is devastating to Visage as its basically removing a full ability of his, one that is absolutely a MUST to give his Ultimate Birds any chance at surviving anything.

In a way, this bug renders almost two full abilities (Including ult) useless.

Tested by breaking with Primal Beast + Scepter, also seen with Phantom Assassin.

Note, apply break when there are no current charges left on Gravekeeper's Cloak for the full bug effect.

SOMETIMES one charge recharges, but no more. Very strange behaviour. So if you are lucky you get to keep 20% damage-reduction instead of the usual 80% (for the rest of the match).
