Numbers not showing properly

Hero and spell numbers not showing

Dota menu and heroes

Description

Numbers like matchmaking cooldown, skills level and cooldown, hero hp and mana not showing. Instead, they appear in weird codes. I'm on the latest version of directx 12 and I've tried to validated games file on properties.
