Crownfall Store Coins Not Granting Items Purchased With Them #20962

Hello,

I recently got to a spot on the Act III Overworld Map where I collected 3 Crownfall Store Coins, putting me at 12 coins. I attempted to use the 10-coin discount to purchase the Crownfall Royal Bundle, but when the transaction was completed, the 10 coins were gone from my account but I received no Caravan Candy Sacks, Rerolls, or MMR Token. I assume it was a bug with the Steam maintenance happening around the same time, but I would appreciate it if my account could be corrected to contain the missing items. Thank you!

This happened to me too and I don't know what to do now, I hope they will take care of it as soon as possible
