Two dangerous Bug #20981

Description

First bug. I start the game, click search game, click ‘ready’, while the character screen appears I get kicked out of the game and receive a temporary ban. 12/08 11:##

Second bug. I'm in the game, power goes out for a second and the pc shuts down, I turn it back on and start Dota, in less than 2 minutes, I click to resume the game, but Dota takes several minutes to get me into the game. Second temporary ban. 14/08014:56

Can you fix it and maybe reset my conduct score, as I already have two temporary bans for no fault of my own?

It just happened to me again, this time a new variant, the button to confirm the game did not appear and I got another temporary ban. Shall we correct and maybe improve the confirmation system? Is it possible that I have to receive negative scores for this?
