I am posting in regards to Orb of Corrosion vs. Orb of Venom on illusion heroes. When an illusion with Orb of Venom hits an enemy, they apply the Orb of Venom debuff which does damage and slows. When you upgrade to Orb of Corrosion, the illusion no longer applies any debuff.
While not necessarily a bug, I believe that at minimum, Orb of Corrosion should apply some type of debuff which is akin to Orb of Venom, so that upgrading the item is not a partial downgrade for illusion heroes.
Suggestions for this:
Make Orb of Corrosion apply two debuffs. One debuff (applicable by both heroes and illusions) applies the upgraded slow and damage (13/5 for 3 seconds). Another debuff (hero only) is also applied which applies the heal reduction.
Make Orb of Corrosion apply two debuffs. One debuff (applicable by both heroes and illusions) applies the Orb of Venom slow and damage (12/2 for 2 seconds) [alternatively, make it apply the actual Orb of Venom debuff]. The second debuff (hero only) is also applied which applies the heal reduction and an additional 1% slow and 3 damage for 3 seconds.
Make Orb of Corrosion act regular as is, but apply the Orb of Venom debuff when illusions have it (this buff doesn't stack with OoC anyway).
