Silencer - Missing/Bugged Relics/Hero Missions #21075

Description

Silencer only has 3 Rare Relics instead of 4 like the rest of heroes, and the rare relic that records stolen intelligence doesn't work, it doesn't go up at all.

Hero missions related to stolen intelligence also don't work, and can't be completed.

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

I had the Same error and it got fixed by itself. Doesn´t know how but, i simply had the fourth open after some days, for not even paying shards :O

They fixed the 4th rare relic not appearing a couple weeks ago, but any relic/hero mission in relation with stolen intelligence are still bugged.

Sorry, not very versed in GitHub, closed this by accident, re-opened the issue as it is still not fixed completely.
