Using "Learn Ability" hotkey in game is not allowing Ogre Magi's ultimate ability to skill up.
All other abilities are upskill-able (QWE) but not the ultimate (R) using the steps in the game: 1. "Learn Ability" hotkey > 2. R.
There are absolutely no issues with the key bindings of Ogre Magi abilities, it is set to the standard, never customized.
This could be an issue with several heroes with passive abilities, so please find all and fix all.
