Grimstroke bug when using phantom's embrace #2150

Description

When Grimstroke casts W on a unit, and the unit dies, if you spam W on another hero/unit then two ghosts get casted (instead of one) because the skill resets when the ghost comes back, and the skill resets when the unit dies.
