when i opened dota 2 i have no cursor unable to click and play.. did already restart and uninstall install still the same

The update enabled Steam Input, which causes this issue. I fixed it by going to the Steam library, right clicking Dota 2 > Properties > Controller and changing Steam Input to Disabled.
