1 week ago I have some recommendation of playing vs PHANTOM ASSASSIN. 1) If You do not like to play vs the hero, it may be a nice idea to ban it. 2) Consider buying a Silver Age, Ghost Scepter or Aion Disc, Hex, Abyssal Blade. This items essentially help to play vs the hero. 3) Consider choosing Shadow Shaman. This hero ultimate perfectly manage with PA passives. Also, first skill may also be healpfull.
