I propose looking at it this way: there are many tools and features unlocked at certain behavior score (BS) levels. For example, to play Immortal Draft, You need to have 6500+ MMR. Similarly, BS thresholds could be used. To play Ranked, You would need a minimum of 3000 BS, and to use chat, You’d need to reach 6000+ in communication score. The effort required to achieve these scores is very personal. Some players might find it easier, while others may need to improve or learn more to reach these levels.

I mean each level of BS and CS(communication score), open more features. Up to 10_000 that allow Couching, and Pinging Abilities.

But overall, this seems a bit questionable. I thought that behavior score (BS) and communication score (CS) work separately. You should have enough CS to be able to chat. But it looks like some features are not mentioned.
