Revenant's Brooch

Description

Initially seen at TI, revenant's brooch attacks during whirlwind cost no mana.

After some testing I noticed that for any "attack" ability that is not just a buff to the normal attacks brooch seems to cost no mana but still do magic damage.

These abilities result in magic damage attacks with no additional mana cost:

• Mars W
• Riki W
• Windranger R (whirlwind)
• Pangolier Q

These abilities DO cost mana since they are just a buff to normal attacks:

• Medusa Q
• Snapfire W
• Windranger R (focus fire)

Also for some reason you can't target ethereal units when using riki's W with brooch active.

I should read the updates more carefully, this really seemed like a bug to me haha

Still a valid issue because tooltip/alt-tooltip doesn't mention this interaction.
