Find match but cant connect at it

Description

I found the match , i accept it , after is not loading "failed to connect" and after a while i recieve a ban because "communication whith server......" , every day

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

I dont have match id

Could You try to record a video for example using Snipping Tool or OBS, please?

Does it happen every time? Could You try Yor Phone Ethernet using USB tethering (Be careful with traffic), please?

That blue screen stayed from when i accepted the match , around 2 min , and after that gave me "we cannot recieve data feom host" and i have again ban ..... P.s : in between the bans , i had played some matches because it's like a pattern , 1 game , 2 bans , 1 game 1 ban , 1-2 games 2 bans

I see You point, Could You try to create several for times a lobby and check whether the bug happened.

Could You check whether Your Network Drivers is up to date, please?

Network drivera are up to date , i have made this in the begining of the problems (i tought that is the problem) and i checked the integrity of the files , i have double checked them .

I am trying now the one with lobies to see if the problem persists. I will come back with feedback

Same thing with lobies , almost 1 min maybe more between starting button until i can chose a hero (usually i am disconected and banned for abandon in this time ) So no changes....

I allready tried , fresh reinstal of steam , dota 2 and windows. , no other games/apps on my laptop. Dosent work this ......
