The map goes completely dark 3 seconds after starting a match #21809

Description

The seasonal terrain - autumn combined with the genuine weather rain causes the map to go dark 3 seconds after starting the game in all matches. The bug is resolved after disconnecting and reconnecting.

HI! u know what's funny, if u remember i started this in an issue over 3 weeks ago. Somehow my issue has been CLOSED! and still there's no response from Dota developers. ~
