Description

Juggernaut's innate ability must increase his damage on 12(16 with lvl 10 talent)%. And it is. But it doesn't work on blade dance.

Juggernaut's innate ability not working on Blade Dance is a known Jetnet bug in Dota 2. Report the bug, check for updates, consider alternative strategies, and be patient while Valve addresses the issue.
