Matchmaking problem #22227

Description

A lot of people get matchmaking loop where it says "Confirrming match" and it gets looped every 3 minutes. When you want to exit matchmaking you get banned from matchmaking for a period of time. Nothing works in game, but bans for not accepting matches are working, gj valve!

I was facing the same issue, so I closed dota couple of time. And now I have a 24 hr matchmaking ban. This is unfair.

It didn't happen to me this time, but it has happened to me more than once before. Very annoying.

Apparently it didn't happen on all regions, but I can confirm it occurred on Europe West. Not sure about other regions, but this might help zero-in on the cause (hopefully).
