OH MY GOD. do you not even bother reading posts? i have tried support. i have reported them for MONTHS. multiple times a day. i have literally run out of ways to report them. they have been harrassing me for over a year. either give actual help or stfu.
i am literally UNABLE to play dota till ALL underlined players have been banned.

they stream snipe me when they can. but seem to just to everything exaggerated. they gain more exp than they should, are tankier than they should be, deal more dmg, etc. idk how they do it. i have even tried to replicate what they do and cant. at bare minimum they use map cheats and scripts.

i apologize. i have had those people with very rude comments try and convince me they are valve staff. also are teh screenshots provided not enough evidence? look at the dates of the matches. infact please look at my account dot amatch history. these guys have been in my games 50+ times each. i report them for smurfing since they clearly are. i also have seen pictures of them using bots to lose ranked 5v5 matches with tidehunters blocking midlane creeps and letting them push to end games in like 8 mins. tanking mmr just so they can harrass me.

omg thank you for this. i can try and do that. i had to abandon 2 games back to back because its impossible to play vs these guys. i just give up and the rest of my team pretty much gave up min 1. they do nothing but grief on my team and avoiding them just helps them because when on enemy team they just use exploits to win every game.
honestly easiest help would just be to make it so avoid player list stops them from being in your games outright. currently they are exploiting it to be on enemy team only.

yes i understand. 9k behavior score. tho that would take a while. far as i know abandoning games is -500 flat outright and i did that twice because there were 5 of them in the first game and 4 in the second. so idk how long that will take.. also its hard to even do that since they are constantly in my games. idk seems all pointless unless you make avoid player actually AVOID the player entirely. just banning them will do nothing they just buy new accounts and do it all over again. and yes il do the lp games owed.

the issue is that the system is currently abused as is. also isnt the point to avoid smurfs? smurfs will either hard carry you or they will feed just to lose so they stay low mmr and pub stomp. making the system avoid both directions would be HEALTHY for teh game as a whole. why worry about it being abused when its ALREADY being abused. rather redundant.

Hello! I Just came to add that Brad is telling the truth. He's a partnered twitch streamer https://www.twitch.tv/bradley_dragon This is proof. The man almost exclusively streams Dota2.. but not since the smurfs started to get worse. You could simply google bradley dragon and find youtube videos. Although Brad is a delusional dota 2 player, he does get massive amounts of Smurfs in his game, These are not exaggerated facts. I've watched them sit there and camp him in the fountain so he couldn't walk out of it by picking Spectre. Please give Bradley the justice he desserves. He should be able to play the game he loved without fear of being sniped and ruining the bradley dragon stream for all of us.

two more cheaters to ban please. literally got right clicked to death by that zeus when i had 62% physical reduction from armor. hs attacks were doing more dmg than his actual attack dmg.

what documentation do you exactly need? it shows the match id in the picture. impossible to show a timestamp of when they cheat because its the ENTIRE GAME.
kept me locked in fountain unable to do anything so i would get a forced abandon for being afk since i was unable to leave fountain. they refused to end the game. the guy i put a star on was on my friends list, he intentionally trolled my game. notice how they have 3 people in the same guild on teh same team and no one is partied up at all. they are using exploits.

ok so let me be clear as well. this behavior of obvious smurfing, partying up vs me without using the party system, using exploits to get in my matches repeatedly. its the same people over and over again. its overwhelming for you and you have no consideration for how overwhelming it is to ME. i'm the one being targeted and harassed here and i have trying to get awareness of this issue for over a year, and its been going on for almost 3 years. its overwhelming because you have completely ignored the problem till just now. look into the grox guild. the majority of these people are in that guild and are friends with them if not in that guild. a1d5 is also a guild of smurfs. i just dont understand how hard it is to see thats its targeted abuse, using your broken systems to their advantage. the ez fix is avoid player actually avoiding a player, would fix 300% of my problems right off the bat. but no you refuse and make the problem worse and increase your own workload. the problem IS THAT BAD.

- Linus i love that you have made it clear that my issues are not a priority and victim blaming. i have given you plenty of evidence. literally look into the match history of the players i have marked. they feed in games im not in and win games vs me. they also use bots in ranked to derank faster. the evidence you need is on YOUR end. they hide their profiles so match history for them is hidden thx to another one of your systems they abuse.

ok. not to be aggressive or rude or anything. but what about the exploiting and smurfing claims? since those seem to be more relevant and provable. just 1 5 second look at the highlighted player's match history would be quite enlightening. and expose teh bots they abuse to derank fast. people in 2 digit mmr going 40 and 4 with 300 or less games.... i find it very hard to see how you dont see anything wrong with that. that is why i am being "rude". i am simply frustrated at how you dont see something that to me is obvious. im trying hard to not be unprofessional here. also i will look into providing proof of them using map cheats at the minimum.

pretty much the entirety of [grox] guild use cheats/hacks/exploits to invade my games every single time i play dota to the point i cant play anymore. my LAST 2 GAMES have had 4/5 of them in the same game. its unwinnable and forced me to abandon. please perma ban these guys so im able to play dota again pleasepleasepleaseplease. they cheat on enemy team and grief on mine.
