[Hero Skill Hotkey problem] The "L" hotkey is too far for Legacy Keys user #2267

Description

I'm using Legacy key. In 7.32 patch, some heroes have new skill from shards that use the hotkey "L" (Such as Enchantress's shard skill and Venom's shard skill). I think the "L" key is too far, if you want to use the skill, you have to move your whole hand to reach to that key,; which makes me feel very uncomfortable when using skills, you can't use other skills quickly if use "L" key skill, and sometime, i miss-clicked other skills a lot in some fast-paced situation. So I think that, you guys should use other hotkey that we legacy key users dont have to move the whole hand to reach it.

I think some other heroes like SB also has this issue. IIRC SB's Planer Rocket has the hotkey P, which is also as far as L
