Hoodwink's Decoy

Description

Hoodwink's decoy is still able to cast normal spells ( bushwack, acorn, boomerang) Despite the ability only stating it only can cast Ult

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

Duplicate of #2249 This must have been fixed. I can't reproduce it. Illusion is silenced during ult cast, and in the small time window in which she isn't, it's impossible to cast spells/items. Gif: ezgif-2-ad642d38e6

I also couldn't get the silence off her, although that probably wouldn't change anything. Gif: ezgif-2-185baa4a7b

If you agree that it's been fixed, you could close this issue I suppose.
