Riki's smoke goes through bkb... #22904

Description

pretty sure this is not intended, heroes miss attacks even if they bkb inside smoke which states it does NOT pierce immunity. This spell is currently quite broken. Doesnt matter which Match id... Several issues have been raised going back almost a year on this. #18765

maybe they want to make silence not pierce bkb (dispellable) but the miss attacks pierce? i would be unsure how to label that

it doesn't pierce debuff immunity. you can place a smoke cloud on an enemy and they can bkb and hit you perfectly so long as you aren't standing inside the smoke screen. smoke screen provides a buff to riki and his allies that gives them evasion inside the smoke screen. there's no tooltip for the buff and i can't seem to find a patch note for it, but thats how it works
