Observer Ward and Sentry Ward

Description

Dear developers,

In the separate settings, the quick use option for items such as Observer Ward and Sentry Ward has been missing for a long time. Please restore it, as now quick use is always enabled for wards, and I cannot see their usage range properly.

Thank you, bro! You solved my problem by fixing the game code, and everything is working now! But the Dota developers still need to be aware of this issue because people who don't know about it will keep banging their heads against the wall!
