VConsole2 doesn't connect #23086

Description

No idea if this is within scope for this repo, but idk where else to put this.

I primarily work with the lua bot scripting and in the past have heavily relied on VConsole2, for some reason it refuses to connect and just stays listening.

In the past it would connect quickly and easily. I used to be able to open/focus vconsole2 by pressing my console button in-game, now this just opens the in-game console instead

Currently running game with launch options -vconsole -dev and DLC Workshop tools downloaded

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

Thanks for sharing such great information, I highly appreciate your hard-working skills as the post you published have some great information which is quite beneficial for me, I hope you will post more like that in the future LiteBlue portal
